Sonic Bloom Red is a compact and very dense shrub, 4 to 5 feet high and wide at maturity, with lipstick red blooms that arise in uncountable numbers amid the dark green foliage. What a great choice for the foundation, along the driveway, as a low hedge, or even in a mass planting.
Like all Weigela cultivars, Sonic Bloom Red is a magnet for hummingbirds and is generally unpalatable to deer.
